If it becomes necessary to cancel the Serving the Schuylkill Appreciation Night because of COVID-19 restrictions, registrants will have the option to receive a refund or donate the refund amount to Schuylkill River Greenways. If the Serving the Schuylkill cocktail event is cancelled because of COVID, the Paddling Film Festival will still happen as scheduled since participants will remain socially distant in their individual cars. Registrants who request a refund will be reimbursed the cost of their ticket/s, excluding the $35 per vehicle cost for the Paddling Film Festival.
